Tiffany Kyzer, Billing Specialist, was nominated and then selected as Employee of the Quarter for the 3rd quarter of 2020. Tiffany was nominated and was in a field of 8 for employee of the quarter. The field of nominees had representatives from all areas of Gayco Healthcare. These areas included Customer Care, Floor Technicians, After Hours backup Technicians, and Business Development. The field was very strong and the overriding thought was that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Gayco has had so many employees stepping up and leaning in to help our team and partners as they battle an unprecedented time in our nation. We say congratulations to all of those who were nominated and the hard work they have been investing in Gayco Healthcare.
Tiffany was nominated by our Director of Billing, Tracey Brown. Tracey states “Tiffany joined our team and has had a thirst for understanding our billing processes and protocols. Tiffany’s desire to learn has been inspiring to me.” Tracey went on to say, “Tiffany has a can-do attitude with a willingness to help everyone that has an issue. She is dependable, ambitious, self-driven, and humble.”
C.O.O, Jon Martin said, “From day 1 Tiffany demonstrated the eagerness to learn exactly what is needed to get the job done. She has a high expectation of herself and taking care of the residents, communities, and facilities we serve. We are certainly proud of Tiffany as well as all of the other nominees that were submitted. We are excited to see the impact that Tiffany has had in our Billing Department and we are even more excited to see what she is able to achieve as she continues to learn and raise the bar of expectations.”
Tiffany will now be placed in the running for 2020 Employee of the Year along with Q1 and Q2 employees of the quarter Katy Rowe CPHT and Herb Wood PharmD respectively. We wish all of these employees the best and we look forward to seeing the Q4 nominations as we round out the field for 2020.
