Mr. Gay, said, “When we opened our doors 18 years ago, the mission was simple; serve the four skilled facilities we have with integrity and good customer service.” That simple mission has multiplied more than 10 fold.

The new facility boasts of a state-of-the-art IV room, stations for 22 pharmacists, robotics, and an on-site daycare. “We currently have 11 pharmacists on the floor,” Mr. Gay said. “It’s exciting to know we still have space to add personnel as we grow.” Gayco Healthcare employs 60 individuals that take pride in what they do and where they work.

The official Gayco mission statement is “to add value to each of our long-term care facilities through our focus on quality and comprehensive resident care.” It’s the dedication to that mission that has allowed Gayco to grow.
